Real-World Healthcare Leadership Learning Across Asia

The Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership and Management combines academic rigour with immersive, real-world learning experiences. Designed for healthcare leaders and senior healthcare professionals, the programme goes beyond traditional classroom teaching by connecting participants directly with healthcare practitioners, policymakers, and health system leaders across Asia.

Through courses taught by leading faculty from across the region and experts from SingHealth, Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, participants gain a strong foundation in healthcare leadership, healthcare management, and health systems thinking. This learning is complemented by site visits to healthcare organisations and health systems across Asia, allowing participants to observe how leadership, policy, and innovation are applied in practice. By engaging with real-world examples of healthcare delivery and health systems transformation, participants develop insights that can be applied within their own organisations.

Apply Healthcare Leadership Skills Through Practice

A key component of the programme is a 12-unit practical project that enables participants to apply their learning to a real organisational challenge. Working on a project involving organisational change, participants draw on concepts from healthcare leadership, strategy, management, and implementation science to develop and execute meaningful improvements within their organisations.

Throughout the project, participants receive guidance from faculty advisers through periodic progress reviews, consultations and feedback sessions, ensuring that learning is translated into measurable impact.

Learn from Leading Health Systems Across Asia

Asia serves as a living classroom for healthcare leadership and management. Participants gain firsthand exposure to diverse health systems, models of care and healthcare innovations through immersive site visits across the region.

These experiences are enriched by fireside conversations with healthcare leaders, in-depth case discussions and collaborative classroom learning. Together, they provide participants with a deeper understanding of how healthcare organisations and health systems respond to complex challenges, equipping them with the skills needed to lead healthcare transformation across Asia.

1. Who should apply?

   Hospital administrators, healthcare executives, clinical leaders, physicians transiting to leadership roles, healthcare managers, health systems professionals.

    

2. How many intakes are there in a year?

   There will only be one intake per year.

    

3. When will applications open?

   Applications are now open and scheduled to commence in August 2026.

    

4. Are TOEFL or IELTS required?

   It is usually required if the medium of instruction during the undergraduate studies was not in English.

1. How much is the course fee?

   The course fee is $92,000 + 9% GST per student. This does not include additional miscellaneous and student fees. Students will be billed over 3 instalments over the 15 months.

    

2. Does the course fee include travel arrangements to the 4 sites?

   The course fee covers only the tuition fees. Students will be required to make their own travel arrangements to the sites and cover these costs separately, including flights, accommodation, airport transfers, visa and insurance. The Programme Office will provide options and suggestions for accommodation prior to each segment.

    

3. Do you offer scholarships?

   We do not currently offer scholarships.
