Lu Si Yinn

Research Assistant

Lu Si Yinn is a Research Assistant at CARE. She is interested to explore how applied social research can bolster policymaking processes and fill knowledge gaps about marginalised communities. Prior to CARE, Si Yinn was in the Ministry of Social and Family Development, where she worked with Voluntary Welfare Organisations to facilitate the delivery of children disability services. At CARE, Si Yinn is involved with the qualitative aspects of various studies including the evaluation of the National Silver Academy and the impact of Senior Learning, as well as the evaluation of the Model of Integrated Community of Care in Chin Swee.
