Peter Tay

Research Fellow

Peter Tay is a cognitive psychologist completing his PhD in Psychology at the Singapore Management University. His research includes the investigation of human perception and memory related to emotions based on evolutionary theories as well as the assessment of cognition and psycho-social functioning of persons with dementia and their caregivers. He is also interested in the cognition and psycho-social functioning of individuals with low vision, and prison inmates. Peter’s work at CARE focuses on the evaluations of various community interventions to improve the wellbeing of older adults particularly those at risk including those with cognitive impairments.
