Yi Yuan is a Research Assistant at CARE. A recent graduate from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Communications and New Media and a minor in Sociology, she has a deep interest in issues pertaining to inequalities and social inclusion. She is keen to explore how research can inform policies and programmes to better the lives of marginalized older persons and make Singapore a more inclusive society. At CARE, Yi Yuan is involved in the evaluation of the National Silver Academy as well as the evaluation of the Hua Mei Dementia Care Services (HMDCS) in Whampoa. She looks forward to contributing to CARE with her writing and communication skills.
