Misha Kudryashev is a Group Leader at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin. His research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of transmembrane signaling through structural analysis of protein complexes in their native membrane environments. His work utilizes cryo-ET to study the activation mechanisms of membrane proteins, such as the serotonin, ryanodine receptors, and synaptic complexes. His group further develops tools for faster structural analysis by cryo-ET at higher resolution, enabling 

cutting-edge applications.
