Remil Galay

Associate Professor at the Department of Veterinary Paraclinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine, and Director of the Zoonoses Center, University of the Philippines Los Baños.

BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Remil L. Galay is an Associate Professor at the Department of Veterinary Paraclinical Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine, University of the Philippines Los Baños. He is also currently the director of the UPLB Zoonoses Center. Dr. Galay has led projects on the molecular epidemiology and diagnosis of tick-borne diseases, and the detection of acaricide resistance in cattle and dog ticks.
