NBD Seminar Series: Technologies for non-viral immuno-transfection and to study tissue softening

Abstract:
This talk is divided into two parts. The first part is on a non-viral platform using high aspect-ratio nanostructures for transfecting primary immune cells. The second part will describe a biomaterial technology to study the impact of softening the extracellular matrix on cancer functionalities.
