Duke-NUS Centre for Clinician-Scientist+ Development (CCS+D)
The 
Centre for Clinician-Scientist+ Development supports the research pillar of academic medicine in our SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC) by nurturing passionate and talented clinician-scientists. The Centre provides support for aspiring clinician-scientists at the developmental stage of their research career, through personalised career guidance and structured training geared towards improving research and leadership skills.
Key Strategies
    - 
    Provide broad educational programming to elevate the appreciation, value, and understanding of research across constituent groups of the SingHealth Duke-NUS AMC 
- 
    Drive high potential clinicians towards careers in research 
- 
    Identify and enroll applicants with the highest probability of success 
- 
    Align focused mentoring, educational content, and incentive structures towards sustained successful national grant funding and careers in research
