Individual Development Plan

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP)

IDP programme is a consultative process, developed with each aspiring clinician-scientist after assessing his or her specific career goals, research strengths and scientific needs. It helps clinician-scientists to achieve their goals in research by working with them to develop an individualised research development plan and linking them to mentors and to CCSD and SingHealth Research support programmes and expertise. A key feature of this programme is the support of individualized administrative support by CS-managers who track the progress of individuals. IDP programme mentees come from the 15 Academic Clinical Programmes from the various SingHealth institutions.

IDP

IDP programme is all about collaboration and building a sustainable and strong communication link between CCSD and institutional leaders, respective HODs and Mentors as they received the IDPs created.
