Singapore’s first private assisted‑living project is set to welcome residents by the first quarter of 2026. Perennial Living, a $260 million luxury assisted living development, will feature 200 assisted‑living apartments, a 100‑bed nursing home, a wellness clubhouse, a geriatric care centre, and a 1.5‑hectare park designed for active living.
