Assessment of Fall and Fracture Risk: Targeted Assessment and Recruitment of Geriatrics for Effective Fall Prevention Treatments (TARGET)

TARGET aims to identify and segment the risk of falls and fractures among older adults in the community. The measurements gathered will be used to create models and methods of segmentation, and inform future interventions for the prevention of fall and fracture prevention among older adults.
