Centre for Global Pharmacy

Empowering pharmacists to drive health equity worldwide

According to the World Health Organization, there is a global shortage of nearly 3.7 million pharmacists needed to meet health goals. Across Southeast Asia, the demand for pharmacy expertise is rising sharply as health systems confront new challenges in access, safety, and innovation.

Pharmacists play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective care; from improving access to medicines to tackling antimicrobial resistance. The Centre for Global Pharmacy aims to empower pharmacists to lead, innovate, and strengthen health systems globally.

Vision
