Patient engagement in Asia is relatively nascent but the conversation is taking place among health sector stakeholders to engage and involve patients in medical research, product development, healthcare provision and policymaking. The webinar aims to discuss how to put patient engagement at the forefront with patient-centred care and how to make it sustainable. Multiple stakeholder views on the current patient engagement landscape in the ASEAN region will be shared, touching on important perspectives that can enhance access to medicine, health policies and delivery of care as well as challenges in patient engagement.
