Introduction

A strategic alliance between the Health Regulation Group (HRG) of Singapore’s Ministry of Health and the team at CoRE, facilitates the integration of expertise in regulatory science, policy development, and system-level innovation across both healthcare services and health products. This collaboration aims to strengthen Singapore’s regulatory landscape, drive policy innovation, and foster the development of robust, future-ready regulatory frameworks for the Asia-Pacific region. By combining expertise in regulatory science and fostering cross-institutional collaboration, HRG and CoRE seek to position Singapore as a regional thought leader in advancing healthcare services and health product regulation.

Our stakeholders comprise of a diverse and dynamic network of international collaborators committed to advancing healthcare regulations. This collaborative approach fosters alignment around our shared goals which in turn enhance transparency, build trust and provides valuable insights that support the successful implementation of initiatives.

Our current stakeholders include the APAC Network of Healthcare Services Regulators, our Regulatory Advisory Panel of esteemed global experts, and the European Partnership of Supervisory Organisations in Health Services and Social Care (EPSO). Together, they support our mission to promote regulatory excellence, innovation, and convergence across health systems worldwide.
