Clinical Practicum
The 3-day clinical practicum will expose participants to various clinical settings (home hospice, inpatient hospice and day hospice). This allows participants to assess different palliative care needs for patients and families across the care continuum, and apply the skills they have learned during the course.

Course Duration: 5 days

• 2 full days of Face-to-Face teaching sessions, 8.30am to 5pm
• 3 full days of clinical practicum, 8am to 5pm

Clinical Practicum Dates
Participants are required to achieve a 100% attendance for the 3-day clinical practicum. Kindly note that the dates for the clinical practicum are not consecutive to the face-to-face teachings. Any changes to the clinical practicum dates will be reflected on the registration sheet, and also informed to the participants after successful registration.

The course will officially start on 12 Jan 2026 with the eLearning portion.
Participants are required to complete the online coursework before the teaching sessions, done at your own pace.

Course Fee: SGD 300 inclusive of 9% GST

This course is highly subsidized and participants will have to pay the full course fee of S$ 300.00 under any of the following circumstances,
i. Withdrawal from the course on or after course start date
ii. Failure to fulfil a minimum attendance of 80% for the teaching sessions and 100% of the clinical practicum
iii. Failure to complete and pass all prescribed coursework and assessments for the course

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Please be informed withdrawal from course must be made in writing for refund of fees.

• Continuing education credits are available for Assisi Hospice events through the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), subject to their respective approvals.
  • Upon completion of the course, participants can receive up to 4 CPE points for each full day of face-to-face session from SNB.
  • Attendees are required to sign the attendance form on the day(s) of the event. CPE Points will be submitted by the Training Provider after the event.
• Course participants will be awarded with an e-Certificate of Completion at the end of the course*.

* The e-Certificate of Completion will only be awarded to participants who achieved at least 80% attendance for face-to-face teachings, 100% attendance for clinical practicum and completion of all coursework (including assessments and evaluations).
