Serious Illness Conversations Workshop (Feb, 1.5 days)

This workshop will equip clinicians with the skills to conduct serious illness conversations with patients and families. The Serious Illness Conversation Program offers healthcare professionals a structure and language to talk with seriously ill patients about their goals, values and priorities as part of shared decision making.
