Serious illness care is often inadequate, marked by gaps in symptom management, communication, and emotional support. These gaps create exciting opportunities for new, innovative solutions.

In this lecture, Dr. Casarett will describe strategies for innovation - and thinking in new ways - to solve longstanding and common problems in serious illness care.
