Completion Requirements:
Learners have to complete all assessment (formative and summative assessment), daily reflections and evaluations, including TRAQOM Survey from Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) *formerly known as SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

Upcoming Run:
e-learning: 20 October to 20 November 2026
Face-to-Face teaching sessions: 4 to 6 November 2026, 8am to 5pm

The course will officially start on 20 October 2026 with the e-learning portion. Participant is required to complete the online coursework before the teaching sessions, done at your own pace.

This course is highly subsidized and participants may have to pay the full course fee of S$1,744.00 under any of the following circumstances:
(i) Withdrawal from the course on or after course start date
(ii) Failure to fulfil a minimum attendance of 80% for the teaching sessions
(iii) Failure to complete and pass all prescribed coursework and assessments for the course

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Please be informed withdrawal from course must be made in writing for refund of fees.

 

Accreditation
Continuing education credits are available for LCPC events through the Singapore Medical Council (SMC), Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) subject to their respective approvals.

• Upon completion of the course, participants can receive up to 4 CPE points for each full day of face-to-face session from SMC, SNB and SPC.
• Attendees who wish to earn credits are required to sign the relevant registration form along with their CPE/CME number on the day(s) of the face-to-face events.
• The attendee’s registration details will be submitted after the event and credited upon receiving respective approvals.

 

Certification
Course participants will be awarded with an e-Certificate of Completion at the end of the course^*.

^*The e-Certificate of Completion will only be awarded to participants who achieved at least 80% attendance for face-to-face teachings and completion of all coursework (including assessments and evaluation)

Any doctor* who cares for adult patients with serious illness and is interested to develop basic skills and knowledge in palliative care is welcome to attend this course.

*Priority will be given to doctors working in Singapore. Overseas applicants are requested to contact us before registration.
