Bio

Clinical Assoc Prof Low is currently Programme Director, SingHealth Office of Regional Health, having relinquished his appointment as Group Director, Regional Health System in May 20. He is concurrently the Lead for Regional Collaboration Centres for SingHealth Duke-NUS Global Health Institute and a Fellow at the HealthCare Leadership College, Ministry of Health Holdings.

Prior to this Dr Low held several key appointments in SingHealth in Academic Medicine, Strategic Human Resource and Clinical Governance. Dr Low also spent a number of years with the Ministry of Health as the Executive Director of the National Medical Research Council and Director, Biomedical Sciences Planning Office at the National Research Foundation.

Prior to joining SingHealth, Dr Low served more than 20 years in the Singapore Armed Forces where he last served as the Chief Naval Medical Officer.
