CLINICIAN LEADERS

The NUS College and Duke-NUS Medical Pathway aim to prepare future healthcare leaders to improve medical practice. The pathways is designed for students with diverse interdisciplinary backgrounds, helping them get ready for medical school. This pathway enables students to develop leadership skills that will allow them to make a meaningful impact in the field of medicine.

Graduates from NUS College (NUSC) can pursue the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Duke-NUS Medical School, provided they meet the final admission criteria for the MD program.

Coursework Requirements:

  • Complete the undergraduate degree as well as fulfil the graduation requirements for NUS College.

Engaging and enriching activities include:

  • Mentorship with Duke-NUS faculty and alumni
  • Duke-NUS specialities workshops
  • Standardised Clinical Observership Programme Experience (SCOPE)
  • Medical-related talks
  • Town halls and ad-hoc activities
