Bio
Dr Dennis Chia is an Emergency Physician at Sengkang General Hospital and the Programme Director of the Hospital Clinician Scheme. After completing his Emergency Medicine Residency with the National University Health System, he developed a strong focus on reducing healthcare barriers for underserved populations, particularly migrant and foreign domestic workers.
Passionate about career guidance and retention of non-specialist doctors, Dr Chia works to redesign roles that promote work-life harmony, career progression and job fit within the public healthcare system. He is also committed to the professional and personal development of junior doctors and is actively involved in improving patient flow and alternate care models in the Emergency Department.
