The Missing Layer: A MedTech Leadership Conversation & Book Launch

The event will celebrate the launch of the book "MedTech Focus", the new practitioner’s field guide by Adjunct Associate Professor Alok Mishra (link), and bring together experienced MedTech leaders for an engaging discussion on what it really takes to turn promising healthcare innovations into ventures that scale.

The best medical technologies rarely fail for lack of good science. They fail because focus scatters across too many indications, markets and stakeholders, until nothing reaches scale. In MedTech Focus, his new practitioner’s field guide, Alok sets out the disciplines that close that gap -  anchored by two frameworks he teaches at Duke-NUS: the 4A Healthcare Access Model and the 6P Stakeholder Framework.
