Bio

Anki holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and joined the qualitative research team at CARE in 2025. Prior to this, she served as a Community Partnerships Associate at Active Ageing Centres, where she supported initiatives that empower seniors to live independently and confidently.

Her research focuses on ageing, community-based approaches, and the empowerment of older adults. Anki’s work explores how social support systems and proactive health strategies can foster longevity, independence, and meaningful engagement in later life.
