Bio

Dr Felicia Ang is a health services researcher with training in psychology, organizational behavior, and health services and systems research. Her work focuses on serious illness communication and decision making, supporting caregivers across the illness trajectory, and measuring and improving care quality and experience across serious illness.

Felicia's research spans paediatric, adolescent, and adult populations using both qualitative and quantitative methods, patient- and caregiver-reported measures, and preference-based approaches. S Her work includes the development and psychometric assessment of instruments, development and evaluation of communication and support interventions, and applied research aligned with health system priorities in palliative care, ageing, and person-centred care. Her research is supported by competitive grant funding and conducted in close collaboration with clinical, policy, and community partners.
