I am interested in the use of technology for teaching and learning. My philosophy is that technology is an enabler for learning and should not be driving the teaching. Tools like learning management systems, educational apps, and online resources can support students in accessing information, collaborating with peers, and engaging in interactive learning activities. Technology should enhance and support the learning process, empower teachers, and prepare students for the future, all while ensuring that the human element remains at the core of education.

My research interest lies in exploring the dynamics of team-based learning and its effectiveness in fostering deeper understanding among learners. Learning does not happen in a silo; it is a social process that thrives on collaboration and interaction. By engaging in team-based learning, students can share diverse perspectives, challenge each other's thinking, and construct new knowledge collectively. This approach aligns with the constructivist theory of learning, which posits that learners construct their own understanding and knowledge of the world through experiencing things and reflecting on those experiences. I am particularly interested in examining how these collaborative learning environments can be structured to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
