The laboratory of cancer ecosystems has a long-standing interest in understanding how diverse cell lineages coordinate functional responses that shape cellular identity and tissue function in both health and disease.
At the interface of cancer biology, computational data science and artificial intelligence, we develop and integrate innovative experimental platforms and analytical tools to uncover fundamental principles governing tumour initiation, progression, and therapeutic response or resistance.
Our goal is to decode the functional plasticity of tumour-immune interactions and to prioritise biologically meaningful biomarkers and targets for hypothesis-driven laboratory studies and clinical translation.
