Synopsis: 

Unraveling the molecular mechanism of dengue virus replication is essential for antiviral and vaccine development. The presentation will summarize our recent progress on dengue virus replication and its implication in therapeutic and vaccine development.

Biography: 

Pei-Yong Shi has a long-standing interest in flavivirus research and antiviral discovery. His work focuses on the interface between basic and translational research. He has published over 185 peer-reviewed papers and serves as Editor or Editorial Board member for the leading journals in the field of virology and antiviral research.
