Bio

Dr Lee Cia Sin is a Consultant Family Physician at the SingHealth Polyclinics. She received her medical degree from the University of Malaya (Malaysia) in 2008, her Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from National University of Singapore in 2012, as well as her Fellowship of the College of Family Physician (FCFP) in 2017.

Her clinical and research interests are in the area of diabetes, geriatric medicine, health services research, and education research. Dr Lee also published in respectable peer-reviewed journals (such as in the Annals of Family Medicine). Currently, she is the site principal investigator for the OPTIMUM trial (Optimizing care of Patients via Telehealth In Monitoring and Augmenting their control of Diabetes Mellitus), which is a randomized controlled trial funded by the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation to design a new model of care for the future primary care setting. She also teaches medical students at Duke-NUS and Nanyang Technological University.
