Bio
Dr Joyce Lam is a Senior Consultant in the Haematology/Oncology Service and Head of the Haematology Laboratory and Blood Bank Service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2000 with a basic medical degree and obtained her Membership from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, United Kingdom, and Master of Medicine (Paediatric Medicine) qualifications in 2004. She became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2008 and obtained Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2013. She is a practicing Paediatric Haematologist / Oncologist with special clinical and research interests in non-malignant haematological conditions, laboratory haematology and general paediatric oncology. She is also actively involved in undergraduate medical education and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Duke-NUS Graduate School of Medicine.
