A tour of protein design: From nanometer self assembling structures to small macrocyclic peptides

In this talk I will give a brief overview of Rosetta software, how it approaches design and structure prediction, some historic and some recent advances on the de novo protein design, and will end with current effort in designing small highly stable macrocycles.
