The in-depth report featured Duke-NUS prominently, including interviews with Dean Thomas Coffman and Assistant Professor Danielle Anderson, Scientific Director of Duke-NUS' ABSL3 facility, who led efforts to culture the virus in Singapore and perform serological tests that established the mysterious connection between two distinct disease clusters.
